How do I watch a film I've rented or bought?
After payment you'll receive an email with a personal watch link. Click it to start watching immediately — no account or login required.
I didn't receive my email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, visit our Find my watch link page and enter your email address — we'll resend all your active links instantly.
My rental has expired — can I extend it?
Rentals give you 48 hours of access from the moment of purchase. Once expired the link stops working. You can rent again or buy lifetime access to the film.
Can I watch on multiple devices?
Yes — your watch link works on any device with a modern browser. We recommend Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
The video won't play — what should I do?
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a different browser. If problems persist, contact us.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. All payments are secure.
What's the difference between renting and buying?
Renting gives you 48-hour access for £12. Buying gives you lifetime access for £45 — watch as many times as you like, forever.
Can I buy a film as a gift?
Yes — visit our Gift a film page to buy lifetime access for someone else. We'll send the watch link directly to them with your personal message.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't watched a film, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll arrange a refund. Rentals are non-refundable once the watch link has been opened. Please contact us at hello@fuguestatecinema.com and we'll do our best to help. See our full Refund Policy.
Collections & Showcases
What is a collection?
Some of our films are part of multi-episode collections — for example Maximum Reger contains 57 films. You can rent individual episodes for £12 each, or buy the complete collection for £45.
What is RCO Cinema?
RCO Cinema is our free monthly concert film — one extraordinary film available to watch for free each month. Just enter your email to watch, no payment required.
